Orders & Payment

•         All orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  
  
•         Prices are listed in euro and shown clearly at checkout.
  
  

Shipping

•         I’ll pack your order with care and send it to the address you provide.
  
  
•         Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  
  
•         Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal or courier delays.
  
  

Returns & Refunds

•         Original artworks and custom commissions are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.
  
  
•         If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 10 days with photos and I’ll arrange a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
  
  
•         Prints can be returned within 14 days if they’re in perfect condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
  
  

Commissions

•         Commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 40% before I begin.
  
  
•         The balance must be paid before the work is delivered.
  
  

Copyright

•         All artworks are created by me and remain my intellectual property.
  
  
•         Buying a piece does not give you the right to reproduce it in any form without my permission.
